Can you be our next Club Treasurer?
Do you have the time to help the club manage its financial responsibilities ?
City of Swansea Aquatics is looking for a new Treasurer.
The voluntary role is responsible for:-
- Payroll – coaches
- Payments for pool hire and other club expenses
- Financial planning (with support from the Executive Committee)
- Monthly finance report to the executive committee
- Banking, book keeping and record keeping
The role does not require a professional qualification but requires someone who is capable and ideally has some experience of financial management.
The postholder will also be part of the 4 person executive team for the club and attendance at monthly or other occasional meetings will be required.
