All squads need to complete Health Checks at the start of each session.
The club is reliant on the good will of our members and families coming forward to help.
We ask that parents commit to a minimum of 1 session per week (it’s ok if you can’t make a session – we will ask for someone to cover)
The Covid Rep arrives 15 minutes ahead of the session in order to give time to gather the files etc.
They collect the Covid File from each facility operator and ask the Coach and all swimmers the necessary Health Check questions. Once the swimmer has completed the checks they can be moved through to the changing / poolside area.
Following the checks taking place – the session rep moves through to the spectator area and monitors the session to ensure that social distancing is being adhered to and that the sessions are running as safely as possible.
The file is then collected by the next sessions rep or returned to the facility staff if no further sessions are due to commence.
There is a Lead Covid Officer assigned who will be able to answer any queries that you may have.
